1. To appraise the students with the various aspects of proposal for research (synopsis) like selecting a research problem, review of literature, identifying the research gap and framing hypotheses.
2. To acquaint the students with the selection of an appropriate research methodology to conduct a good quality research.

Synopsis |
CO72: Students will implement the process of framing of research proposal. CO73: Students will select appropriate hypotheses and research methodology for research proposal.

Approach in teaching: Discussion and Case studies.
Learning activities for the students: Literature Review, Data collection and Presentation. |
Synopsis writing, Presentation and Viva voce. |
The student will be required to prepare & submit a synopsis requiring two hours of self study per week outside the class. There will be an evaluation by an external expert & an internal member at the end of each semester.
In the next semester, they will submit a detailed project report on the same.
